Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • Any claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • ZARIONA reserves the right to cancel the order in such cases and process a refund after deducting applicable charges.
