Refund policy

At ZARIONA, we are committed to delivering premium quality jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund, return, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Returns are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received at the time of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging along with invoice and certification (if applicable).

  • Verification: Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect for approval. All return requests are subject to verification by our team.


Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • Request Period: Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the original item.

  • Shipping Timeline: Replacement delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Total Expected Time: Generally, the replacement will reach you within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 3–5 business days.

  • After processing, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on PhonePe, your bank, or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or certification (if applicable)

  • Shipping charges (non-refundable)


Shipping & Return Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered by ZARIONA.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
